Arion Bank hf.: Tender offer results
Arion Bank hf. announced today the results of a tender offer published on 16 February 2026 where holders of EUR 500,000,000 Series 2021-1 0.050 per cent. Fixed Rate Covered Bonds due October 2026 were offered to tender their Covered Bonds for purchase. The tender offer was subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the tender offer memorandum.
The Bank received valid tenders of EUR 446,290,000 and will accept for purchase the Covered Bonds validly tendered for purchase pursuant to the Offer subject to pro rata scaling at a Scaling Factor of 67.2172 per cent.
The Sole Dealer Manager was Barclays Bank Ireland.
