(Nedre Vats, 6 November 2025): Reference is made to the special general meeting held in AutoStore Holdings Ltd. ("AutoStore" or the "Company", OSE: AUTO) on 17 October 2025, where it was resolved that the independent members of the board of directors (as defined therein) would be remunerated with, inter alia, restricted stock units ("RSUs") for an amount equal to NOK 450,000 each, per year.
In accordance with the decision made at the special general meeting, board members Kjersti Wiklund, Andreas Hansson, and Viveka Ekberg, have today formally been granted a total of 143,538 RSUs, as detailed in the attached forms. The total RSU grant has been calculated based on the market price of the Company's shares on 17 October 2025, as quoted at close of the Oslo Stock Exchange the same day.
