Oslo, Friday, 28 August 2026:
B2 Impact ASA, rated BB (Stable) by S&P and Ba2 (Stable) by Moody’s, has today successfully placed a EUR 150 million senior unsecured bond due 8 January 2032. The bond will pay a quarterly floating rate coupon of 3-month EURIBOR + 2.65% per annum.
The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used for refinancing of debt and /or for general corporate purposes.
An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
DNB Carnegie and Nordea acted as Joint Bookrunners, in the successful placement.
