Boreo Plc will publish its Interim Report January-March 2026 on Wednesday, 29 April 2026 at 09:00 EET. The release will be available after publication on the company's website at: www.boreo.com/investors.

CEO Tuomas Kahri, Head of M&A & Financing Rafael Osmanov and VP, Finance Sami Hanerva will present the Interim Report in a webcast on the same day at 11:00 EET. Webcast will be held in English and questions can be presented during the presentation.
