Hamilton, Bermuda, August 13, 2026 - The board of directors of Borr Drilling
Limited (NYSE and OSE: BORR) (the "Company") has resolved that the expiry date
of the Company's 2021 option grant to certain employees shall be extended to
December 31, 2026. All other terms, including the strike price will remain the
same. See attached the notification form for persons discharging managerial
responsibilities relating to the extension.
