Trading of the Company's Class B shares is expected to commence on 8 December 2025 under the ticker symbol XBTAF. BTC AB's primary listing is on Spotlight Stock Market in Sweden, and the Company's Class B shares are also traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Trading on OTC Markets is intended to complement these listings by supporting secondary market liquidity and providing an efficient way for investors in the United States to access BTC AB through their regular US brokerage platforms.
