Oslo, 27 March 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Capsol Technologies ASA (the "Company") on 13 March 2026 regarding the launch of a subsequent offering of up to 3,500,000 new shares in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering"), at a fixed subscription price of NOK 5.20 per share (the "Subscription Price"), equal to the offer price in the private placement completed on 29 January 2026 (the "Private Placement"), and with a subscription period commencing on 16 March 2026 and expiring today, 27 March 2026 at 16:30 CET.Throughout the subscription period, the Company's shares have traded below the Subscription Price, which is also currently the case.
