Despite a somewhat softer Q4 report than expected and a softened outlook for H1 2025, we changed our Base Case driven by revised                              Nytt basfall SEK28 (NOK26.5)  Vi höjer vårt basfall till SEK28 (NOK26.5) på grund av en något lägre WACC, höjda marginalantaganden på medellång och lång sikt, samt ett större förtroende för den långsiktiga TAM-utsikten i Sverige. Med en värdering på cirka 3.6x försäljning 2025e kanske Carasent inte ser så attraktivt ut, med tanke på dess svaga LTM-marginaler. Vi tror dock att Carasent är redo för en betydande marginalexpansion under de närmaste åren. Med en R40 som närmar sig 30-35% under 2026-2027, tillsammans med en mycket låg churn och en icke-cyklisk slutmarknad, tror vi att Carasents värdering skulle kunna närma sig R40 SaaS-företag som tenderar att värderas till 6-8x försäljning NTM (exklusive Fortnox).
