As a result of, in accordance with previously announced information, the directed issue of 1,711,111,111 Class B shares resolved on 4 June 2026 and the conversion of convertibles resulting in 833,766,222 Class B shares on 22 June 2026, the number of shares and votes in Episurf Medical AB (publ) ("Episurf") has changed.
Through the above-mentioned changes, the total number of shares in Episurf amounts to 6,930,837,945, of which 473,357 are Class A shares and 6,929,891,231 are Class B shares, and the total number of votes in Episurf amounts to 6,931,311,302.
