Change in number of shares and votes in Wästbygg Gruppen
During March 2026, the number of shares and votes in Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) (“Wästbygg Group”) has increased as a result of the rights issue of shares of Class A and units which was resolved by the Board of Directors on 13 January 2026 and approved by the extraordinary general meeting on 25 February 2026, as well as the directed issue of units to guarantor in the rights issue resolved by the Board of Directors on 24 March 2026, pursuant to the authorization granted by the extraordinary general meeting on 25 February 2026.
As of 31 March 2026, the total number of outstanding shares in Wästbygg Group amounts to 175,988,388, whereof 3,968,000 are shares of Class A with ten votes each and 172,020,388 are shares of Class B with one vote each. The total number of votes as of 31 March 2026 amounts to 211,700,388.
