Changes in Spinnova Plc's Management Team

Spinnova makes changes in its Management Team to align roles better according to the current development stage.

The Management Team constitutes the following members and roles as of today 11 April 2025:

Janne Poranen, CEO
Santeri Heinonen, Chief Finance (CFO) and People Officer
Johanna Valkama, General Counsel
Shahriare Mahmood, Chief Product and Sustainability Officer
Juha Salmela, Chief Technology Officer

CFO and Deputy CEO Ben Selby and Chief Revenue Officer Lasse Holopainen will leave the Management Team. Ben has been part of the Management Team since 2021 and Lasse since 2022. They will continue to support the strategy work in different roles, however, no longer than to the end of June 2025.
