The correction concerns an incorrectly included MAR label
UPPSALA, SWEDEN - July 21, 2026 - Double Bond Pharmaceutical AB (publ) ("DBP" or the "Company") today announced that its abstract highlighting clinical Real-World Evidence (RWE) data for its lead neuro-oncology candidate, SI053 (Temodex), has been accepted for presentation at the 31st Annual Meeting of the Society for Neuro-Oncology (SNO).
The SNO Annual Meeting, widely recognized as the premier global event in neuro-oncology, will take place November 12-15, 2026, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As part of the official conference proceedings, the accepted abstract will be published by SNO in a supplement to the premier peer-reviewed journal Neuro-Oncology.
"The acceptance of our clinical dataset by the Scientific Program Committee of SNO provides strong external validation of SI053's therapeutic potential," said Igor Lokot, CEO of Double Bond Pharmaceutical. More about SI-053: SI-053, an enhanced reformulation of Temodex, is a locally acting formulation of temozolomide. SI-053 received Orphan Drug Designation from the European Medicines Agency in 2016 and received multiple Competent Authority and Ethics Committee approvals from 2021 to 2023 to initiate a Phase 1 clinical study. In a proof-of-concept study with human subjects conducted in 2015, SI-053 demonstrated significant overall survival benefit when added to the standard of care for glioblastoma.
