Further information will come in good time before the period to exercise. &nbsp;Listing for share tradingThe company is, as previously informed, now listed on the OTC-listan. For future listings, we are considering alternatives and are in preliminary discussions for evaluation purposes. &nbsp;Status on the new business incorporated and in pipelineThe shipyard investment continues to perform in line with projections. Our planned acquisition of the Dubai-based offshore oil services company is nearing completion. Technical, legal, and financial due diligence has been finalized.
