Dellia Group ASA ("Dellia" or the "Company") today updates its revenue guidance
for the 2026 financial year.
As highlighted in its first quarter 2026 report, more brands and products have
entered the Nordic better-choice snacking category as the market has matured.
This is now resulting in more moderate revenue growth in the Nordic region than
previously anticipated.
Revenue was NOK 214.4 million in the first quarter and NOK 167.1 million in the
second quarter, bringing first-half revenue to NOK 381.5 million.
Dellia now expects full-year 2026 revenue of NOK 750 to 800 million, excluding
Kirirom, compared with previous guidance of NOK 910 to 960 million, also
excluding Kirirom. The revised outlook represents full-year revenue growth of
approximately 18 to 25 percent compared with revenue of NOK 638 million in 2025.
The revision relates to the Nordic region. Nordic revenue is now expected to be
approximately NOK 650 million in 2026, compared with previous guidance of
approximately NOK 810 million. The outlook for Pan-European revenue remains
unchanged at NOK 50 to 100 million. Revenue in Asia is expected to be
approximately NOK 50 million in 2026.
