DNB has decided to integrate the areas of responsibility and competence of
Products, Data & Innovation (PDI) into other parts of the DNB Group. The change
will be implemented on 1 September 2026 and entails that PDI will be dissolved
as a separate Group unit.
The tasks will be divided between the business areas Personal Banking, Corporate
Banking Norway and Technology & Services. The purpose is to reduce complexity,
increase implementation capacity and bring product development even closer to
customers.
In connection with the change to the organisation, the Group Executive Vice
President of Products, Data & Innovation, Per Kristian Næss-Fladset, will take
up a different role in DNB.

I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to him for his efforts and the results
he has contributed to, and I'm very pleased that he will be staying with the
