17 June 2025: Reference is made to the announcement on 29 April 2025 regarding
an unconditional mandatory cash offer (the "Mandatory Offer") made by Electric
AS (the "Offeror") to acquire all outstanding shares in Edda Wind ASA (the
"Company" or "Edda Wind"), and the announcement on 27 May 2025 regarding
approval of the offer document (the "Offer Document") and commencement of the
offer period for the Mandatory Offer.
The following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders have on
17 June 2025 accepted the Mandatory Offer against a cash consideration of NOK
23.00 per share:
o Toril Eidesvik, member of the board of the Company, 21,680 shares
o Zahlahuset AS, a close associate of Toril Eidesvik, member of the board of the
Company, 15,000 shares
o Kold Invest AS, a close associate of Martha Kold Monclair, member of the board
of the Company, 27,820 shares
