Efecte Plc: Change in the financial reporting schedule
Efecte Plc changes the publication date of its half-year report 2024. The new publication date of the half-year report is 20 September 2024. The previously announced publication date was 15 August 2024. The change is related to the recent change in ownership of the company and the consolidating the financial reporting with the Matrix42 Group.
European 24 Bidco Oy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Matrix42 Holding GmbH, holds more than 90% of all issued and outstanding shares and voting rights in Efecte. On 11 April 2024, European 24 Bidco Oy announced that will initiate a redemption proceedings for remaining minority shares under the Finnish Companies Act. The redemption proceedings for the remaining minority shares in Efecte Plc are currently ongoing.
