Eidesvik Offshore ASA (the "Company") publishes its second quarter 2025 results.
For Q2, revenue and EBITDA were NOK 198.5 million and NOK 76.4 million
respectively. EBITDA margin was 38%. Operating profit (EBIT) was NOK 29.1
million and result after taxes was NOK 30.1 million.
Fleet utilisation for the quarter was 98%.
Subsequent event: the Board of Directors decided a dividend payment of NOK 0.30
per share to be distributed to the shareholders. The ex-date is 28 August 2025.
A presentation of the results will be held on 27 August 2025, at 08:30 am CET by
CEO Helga Cotgrove and CFO Lars Tufteland Engelsen. The presentation will be
