Endúr ASA - Contract award Totalbetong

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 10 December 2025,
announcing Totalbetong being set up for exclusive negotiations regarding the
construction of a sizeable new office building.

Endúr ASA ("Endúr") is happy to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Total
Betong AS ("Totalbetong"), has now been awarded the turnkey contract for the
construction of "Trivium," a landmark office building located in Paradis,
Stavanger. The project is developed by K2 Stavanger in partnership with Bane NOR
Eiendom. The building will serve as the headquarters for sole tenant Vår Energi,
and the contract has a total value of approximately NOK 1.25 billion.

Design and engineering will commence immediately, with on-site construction
scheduled to take place from Q3 in 2026. The project is set to be completed by
the end of Q1 in 2029. The project comprises a modern, future-oriented,
commercial building of approximately 35,000 square meters, with capacity for
around 1,500 employees.

"We greatly appreciate the trust placed in us to deliver this project. This
development aligns perfectly with our portfolio. We are well-positioned for
projects of this scale and have the capacity to manage several large scale
assignments in parallel. By being closely involved during the development and
bidding phases, we have collaborated with the client and advisors to engineer
solutions that ensure high quality and efficient execution. This creates a solid
foundation as we move into the next phase of the project", says Olav
Bang-Haagensen, General Manager of Totalbetong.
