("Endúr"), has, through his wholly owned company Poca Invest AS, on 16 September
2026 purchased 7,000 shares in Endúr at a price of NOK 101.34 per share. In
connection with the transaction, Poca Invest AS subsequently transferred 2,000
of the shares at the same price per share to Pål Reiulf Olsen's two adult
children, Andrea Olsen and Ulrik Olsen, with 1,000 shares transferred to each.
Following the transaction, Pål Reiulf Olsen and his close associate holds
174,881 shares in Endúr.
