Press release 16 May 2023
At the Annual General Meeting in EnergyO Solutions Invest AB (the "company") on 16 May 2023, the following resolutions were made. All resolutions were in accordance with the submitted proposals, described in detail in the general meeting documents available on the company's website, www.eosinv.com.
- The income statements and balance sheets of the company and the group for the financial year 2022 were adopted.
- All available funds were carried forward and no dividend was declared for the financial year 2022.
- The members of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer were discharged from liability for the financial year 2022.
- It was resolved that the number of directors shall be three (3), without deputies, and that the company shall have one (1) registered accounting firm as auditor, without deputies.
- It was resolved that the remuneration for the Board members shall be SEK 420,000 to be distributed with SEK 140,000 to each of the Board members. It was further resolved that the auditor's fees shall be paid as per approved invoice.
- Seppo Remes, Christopher Granville and Peregrine Moncreiffe were re-elected as members of the Board of Directors for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. Seppo Remes was re-elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB, with Magnus Svensson Henryson as auditor in charge, was re-elected auditor.
