2 December 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from the
company of 17 October 2025, where Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Petter Sørdahl
had decided to leave EQVA ASA.
As a result, Daniel Hjertaker Molvik will take over as CFO from today.
Mr. Molvik holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Business/Managerial Economics
(siviløkonom) and a MSc in Accounting and Auditing. He comes from his current
position as Head of Strategy and Business Development within the EQVA Group and
brings extensive experience from the financial markets as well as senior roles
within strategy, business development, and auditing.
Mr. Molvik holds 82,220 shares in the company.
