The annual general meeting of Formpipe Software AB (publ) on 29 April 2026 resolved to change the company's name to Lasernet Group AB (publ). The name change has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) and is thereby officially effected.
The name change to Lasernet Group AB (publ) entails a new trading designation and new ticker for the company's share, which is admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. The changes will take effect on 9 June 2026, as follows:
Shareholders are not required to take any action in connection with this change of name and ticker.
