Genova Property Group AB (publ) (the "Company" or "Genova") has successfully issued senior unsecured green bonds (the "Green Bonds") in an initial amount of SEK 400 million. The Green Bonds were issued under a total framework of SEK 600 million, carry a floating interest rate of 3m Stibor + 350 basis points and will mature in May 2030. An amount corresponding to the net proceeds from the Green Bonds will be used in accordance with Genova's green finance framework, which may include repurchases of outstanding perpetual capital securities. Genova intends to apply for admission to trading of the Green Bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
In connection with the issuance of the Green Bonds, Genova has repurchased green bonds 2024/2027 with ISIN SE0022725636 in an amount of approximately SEK 100 million.
Arctic Securities AS, filial Sverige and Nordea Bank Abp act as arrangers and joint bookrunners in respect of the issuance of the Green Bonds. Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå KB acts as legal advisor.
