Viola AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rasmussengruppen AS, sold 50,000 shares
in Gentian Diagnostics ASA (the "Company") on 23 May 2025 with settlement on 27
May 2025.
As a result of the transaction, companies wholly-owned by Rasmussengruppen AS
decreased their consolidated holding of shares in the Company from 793,421 to
743,421 shares, equal to a decrease from approximately 5.14% to approximately
4.82% of the votes and shares in the Company. The shares are held by Viola AS
(208,421 shares), Portia AS (300,000 shares) and Cressida AS (235,000 shares).
The above mentioned companies have no other rights to shares issued by the
Company.
