<pre>The Norwegian Financial Services Authority has approved Gjensidige Forsikring ASA's application to distribute dividends totaling NOK 7,250 million (NOK 14.50 per share) to shareholders for the 2025 financial year, in line with the proposal from the Board. The dividend proposal consists of a regular dividend of NOK 5,000 million (NOK 10.00 per share) and a special dividend of NOK 2,250 million (NOK 4.50 per share).
