GomSpace Group AB (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting, previously scheduled for May 19, 2026, will be held at a later date.
The Annual General Meeting will be held in the following week to allow for completion of the necessary formalities. A new notice convening the Annual General Meeting will be published as soon as possible.
In connection with this, the Company will publish its Annual Report in due time ahead of the rescheduled Annual General Meeting, and no later than week 19, 2026.
