With reference to the announcement made on 25 February 2026 about dividend
information, the shares in Höegh Autoliners ASA (Ticker code: "HAUTO") will be
traded ex-dividend of USD 0.5190 per share (NOK 4.9606 per share) as from today,
2 March 2026. The payment will be made on or about 10 March 2026.
