HOVE Group Launches First Smart Lube Implementation in the Wind Energy Sector
HOVE Group is proud to announce the successful implementation of its cutting-edge IoT solution, Hove Smart Lube (HSL), in the wind energy sector.
The first deployment has been carried out at one of Hove India’s most prestigious clients, ReNew, a leading international independent power producer (IPP) from India.
This milestone project involved the lubrication of 34 wind turbines at a single wind farm during its first annual maintenance cycle, all fully serviced using the Hove Smart Lube system. With this, Hove Smart Lube enters commercial operation in the wind industry, delivering real-time data and documentation of lubrication activities - marking a significant step forward in operational efficiency and asset management.
ReNew, which commands a total commissioned wind energy capacity of 7.7 GW - representing 15% of India’s 50 GW wind energy capacity - has taken a pioneering step in adopting digital lubrication solutions. The collaboration showcases Hove Group’s commitment to innovation and reliability in critical industries such as wind energy.
