Oslo, 29 July 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice made by HydrogenPro ASA ("HydrogenPro" or the "Company") on 21 July 2026, regarding the resolution by the Company's board of directors to issue 12,762,444 new shares in the Company as part of the Subsequent Offering (as defined therein).
The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 2,765,746.66 divided on 138,287,333 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.02.
