The Annual General Meeting of Hoist Finance AB (publ) ("Hoist Finance"), held on 7 May 2026, resolved - in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposal - to introduce a share investment program for a small number of key employees within the Hoist Finance group. The purpose of the program is to ensure that Hoist Finance's shareholders and key employees have aligned, long-term incentives.
The share investment program 2026 involves 14 individuals, including the CEO and the CFO. The program has a duration of four years starting from June 2026. Among other things, participants must retain their employment within the group during the full program duration to benefit.
Under the terms of the program, each participant shall make a private investment. The subscriptions for newly issued Hoist Finance shares which will take place under the program will be reported after the respective transactions have been completed (PDMR transactions register for transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities). All share transactions are expected to take place over the coming weeks.
