<div class="abstract"><p><strong>The Nomination Committee ahead of the 2026&nbsp;Annual General Meeting of Nobia AB (publ) (the "Company" or "Nobia") proposes that current Board Member&nbsp;Jimmy&nbsp;Renström&nbsp;is&nbsp;appointed&nbsp;Chairman&nbsp;of the Board.
