JM has started production of the Spinnerifabriken project, comprising 98 tenant-owned units in the Gamlestaden district.
Spinnerifabriken constitutes the second phase within the detailed plan for Gamlestadens fabriker, where a total of approximately 300 residential units, as well as commercial premises and parking, are planned. The homes will be located in an attractive area of Gamlestaden, with good public transport connections and proximity to central Gothenburg.
Sales are underway, and occupancy and completion are expected to take place in the first quarter of 2028. The housing start is reported within the JM Sweden business segment in the second quarter of 2026.
