K-ryhmä: Kesko's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2027

The 2027 calendar for Kesko Group's financial reporting concerning the years 2026 and 2027 is as follows:

• Year 2026 financial statements release on 3 February 2027
• Year 2026 Annual Report (incl. the financial statements and the Report by the Board of Directors) will be published in week 8 at the latest 
• Year 2027 3-month interim report on 28 April 2027
• Year 2027 6-month half-year financial report on 22 July 2027
• Year 2027 9-month interim report on 27 October 2027

Kesko Corporation's Annual General Meeting is planned for 23 March 2027. The meeting will be convened by the company's Board of Directors separately at a later date.

In addition, the Group's sales figures will be published monthly as investor news and K Group's retail sales figures in connection with the interim reports.
