<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Lifco has issued an unsecured bond loan with a tenor of two years within its MTN-programme.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The bond loan amounts to SEK 1,000 million and carries an annual floating rate of three months STIBOR +0.48%. The bond generated strong investor interest.</p><p>The proceeds from the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing of existing bond loans.
