<pre>(Oslo, 23 February 2026) at 06:00 CET - The Board of Directors of LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA ("LINK" or the "Company") has resolved to plan for initiation of an additional share buyback program in accordance with the authorization granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting held on 27 May 2025 (the "2025 AGM"). Reference is made to LINK's stock exchange announcement dated 5 November 2025 regarding the introduction of the Company's shareholder return policy in connection with the presentation of its third quarter 2025 results. For the financial year 2025, LINK has targeted an ordinary shareholder distribution of NOK 300 million (equivalent to NOK ~1 per share), to be executed through cancellation of treasury shares and additional share buybacks with subsequent cancellation.
