Oslo, 4th of January, 2026: Primary Insider, Benjamin Miklozek has exercised
1,000,000 options at 0.482045 per share, and transfers in cash a total of
485,045 NOK to Lokotech Group AS. The exercised options are the 1,000,000
"repair options" granted to Benjamin Miklozek the 24th of June 2025 in
accordance with the company's share option program.
The company will issue a new notice once the share capital increase has been
registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. After the option
shares have been issued, Benjamin Miklozek and related parties number of shares
in the company will directly and indirectly increase with 1 000,000 shares.
