Kongsberg, August 21, 2026: Volldal Invest AS, a company 100% owned by Olav Volldal, has today sold 399,855 shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA to Olav Volldal. The average price per share was NOK 1.99 per share. Following this transaction, Olav Volldal owns 550,000 shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA.
These transactions were made as part of the planned liquidation of Volldal Invest AS. Accordingly, Olav Volldal's beneficial holding in Kongsberg Automotive ASA remains unchanged.
