FPS - Food Process Solutions and OptiCept Technologies Ab (publ) have today agreed to change the maturity date on the convertible loan, granted from FPS to OptiCept, from September 30, 2026 to January 17, 2027.
OptiCept Technologies AB and FPS Food Process Solutions have agreed to change the maturity date of the loan, of approximately 11 MSEK, from September 30, 2026 to January 17, 2027. Other conditions in loan agreement will remain unchanged. The loan has an interest rate of 3,5% per annum and includes a possibility to convert the loan amount to shares at a rate of 2,15 SEK per share.
