Nanologica AB (publ) has appointed Axel Elner as new CFO. Axel Elner will take up the position on 10 November 2026.
Axel Elner joins Nanologica from Viaplay Group AB and the role as Vice President Integration where he has led the integration of Allente into Viaplay Group with responsibility for executing cost synergies, operational integration and commercial value creation. Prior to that, Axel held various roles within Allente Nordic AB, including Director Finance and M&A Nordics and Interim Group CFO, with responsibility for financial reporting, capital allocation and M&A, among other things.

Axel Elner succeeds Eva Osterman, who has decided to leave Nanologica per 31 August 2026. The Board of Directors and management would like to extend a warm thank you to Eva Osterman for her significant contributions during her time in the company and wish her the best of luck in future assignments. During the transition period, the CFO's responsibilities will be managed within the company's existing management organization.
