Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ), (the "Company"), announces that the registration of the warrants allotted to Per Skaug and Steven Din within the framework of the incentive program communicated on November 5, 2025 has been completed.
Per Skaug and Steven Din have, in accordance with the incentive program communicated on November 5, 2025 chosen to offset their Board fees against warrants. This strengthens the incentive structure and means that no cash compensation is paid. The registration has now been formally completed with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and no further changes have been made to the terms and conditions of the program beyond the previously communicated information.
