<div class="mfn-body"><p>The nomination committee for Vitec Software Group AB (publ) ahead of the 2026 Annual General Meeting has been appointed in accordance with the instructions for establishing a nomination committee adopted by the Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2024. The Nomination Committee consists of the following members:</p><ul><li>Patrik Jönsson, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, represents SEB Investment Management</li><li>Lars Stenlund, Chairman of the Board, Vitec Software Group, represents himself</li><li>Carl Sundblad, represents Cliens Kapitalförvaltning</li><li>Thomas Eklund, appointed by and represents Olov Sandberg, and himself</li></ul><p>On August 31, 2025, the above Nomination Committee represented together about 47% of the votes in Vitec Software Group AB (publ).</p><p>The Annual General Meeting of Vitec will be held April 28, 2026, in Umeå, Sweden. Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee are welcome to do so latest by February 6, 2026.
