North Energy ASA ("North Energy" or "Company") recorded a comprehensive loss of
NOK 23.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to a comprehensive
income of NOK 9.6 million in the same quarter last year. The loss reported this
quarter is mostly driven by losses from associated companies of NOK 10.9
million, negative change in fair value of financial investments of NOK 9.7
million, operating expenses of NOK 4.6 million, partly offset by net finance
income of NOK 2.1 million.
At the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, North Energy's Net Asset Value (NAV)
was NOK 515.0 million. NAV decreased by NOK 54.2 million (-9.5%) from last
quarter and by NOK 70.8 million (-11.7%) from the same quarter last year,
adjusted for dividends paid.
