NYAB Finland Oy is entering the Helsinki metropolitan area through the acquisition of TerraWise Oy's infrastructure operations. Establishing a presence in the Helsinki metropolitan area is a step in NYAB's strategy to grow in markets supported by attractive long-term investment activity.
The transaction includes the transfer of 19 employees and a portfolio of ongoing infrastructure projects in the region. The transaction is expected to close during Q1 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, and is not expected to have a material impact on NYAB's financial position.

The infrastructure operations NYAB acquire specializes in comprehensive earthworks and infrastructure construction and encompasses a broad range of services. The extensive service offering enables fully integrated, end-to-end solutions for infrastructure development.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction price.
