Oslo, Norway, January 21, 2026 - An Extraordinary General Meeting of Nykode
Therapeutics ASA was held on January 21, 2026. All proposed resolutions on the
agenda were approved in accordance with the notice for the meeting published on
December 18, 2025.

Nykode is also utilizing its APC-targeted technology to create an immune
tolerance platform for the potential use in autoimmune disorders, organ
transplant rejections, anti-drug antibody reactions and allergy.
