Oslo, 15 September 2026 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 14 September 2026 regarding issue of shares to DNO ASA. The share capital increase has now been registered with the Register of Business Enterprises and the new, registered share capital of Panoro Energy ASA is NOK 7,022,202.35, divided into 140,444,047 shares, each having a par value of NOK 0.05.
