Peab has been commissioned to renovate and extend production and office space in Landskrona. The customer is Hitachi Energy Sweden AB and the contract is worth SEK 349 million.
The project comprises renovating and extending an existing building in eastern Landskrona, just north of the train station. The total area is around 24,000 m2, of which 18,000 m2 is production halls and 6,000 m2 is offices. The project will be implemented according to Miljöbyggnad Silver 4.0 for Renovation certification.

The project is a turnkey contract. Work will start in September 2026 and is expected to be completed in March 2028.
The project will be order registered in business area Construction in the third quarter 2026.
