notified that the following primary insiders has purchased shares in the
company:
Åsmund Fodstad, Chief Commercial Officer and primary insider in Pexip has
purchased 5,000 shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK 70.6 per share
through his fully owned subsidiary Metrix Invest AS. After the transaction,
Fodstad will hold 698,161 shares and rights to 266,667 shares.
