The new functionality broadens the platform beyond traditional visitor management and is part of Precise’s strategy to create a more connected solution for managing visitors, providing secure and seamless physical access, and related services.
The new functionality enables organizations to manage visitor registration, queues and visitor flows through a single cloud-based solution. Visitors can register on arrival, receive a queue number and be directed to the right service or contact, while administrators gain a real-time overview and can manage queues and visitor flows directly within Precise Visit.
By bringing visitor and queue management together, organizations with or without manned receptions can simplify administration, improve visitor flows and create a more seamless visitor experience.
The launch is part of the continued development of Precise Visit into a broader platform connecting visitor registration with physical access, security and other business processes.
