Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Reach Subsea ASA (the
"Company") on 3 July 2025 regarding the successful placement of a 3-year senior
unsecured floating rate bond issue of NOK 500 million.
On 12 December 2025, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved the
prospectus prepared by the Company in connection with its application for
admission to trading and listing of the bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs. The
prospectus is available on the Company's website at www.reachsubsea.no.
